Lets simplify Step by Step:
7.4w - 5(3.7)w + 3
= 7.4w +  - 18.5w + 3

Combine Like terms:
= 7.4w +  - 18.5w + 3
= (7.4w +  - 18.5w) + (3)
= - 11.1w + 3

Answer:   - 11.1w + 3

Hope this helps!!!!!
