To find an ordered pair to the equation
plug in an x value and solve for the y
y = 7x - 2
y = 7(2) - 2
y = 14 - 2
y = 12
The ordered pair would be, in this case, (2, 12)
You can do this for any other given values of either x- or y- coordinate.
