The formula of circle circumference is
2 × π × r = circumference

Given from the question:
circumference = 82.268 inches
π = 3.14

Input what are given from the question to the formula
2 × π × r = circumference
2 × 3.14 × r = 82.268
6.28 × r = 82.268
r = 82.268/6.28
r = 13.1

The radius of the bike tire is 13.1 inches
