The end product of carbohydrates digestion is simple sugars, such as glucose or fructose. They're a kind of monosaccharides, which is the product of hydrolysis from disaccharides.
Theyre the simplest form of carbohydrates and cannot be broken down into anything simpler.
But note that they'll be turned back into a Polysaccharide if it's for storage, examples may include glycogen in human or starch in plants.
