   y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - (-2) = ²/₃(x - 6)
   y + 2 = ²/₃(x) - ²/₃(6)
   y + 2 = ²/₃x - 4
       - 2          - 2
         y = ²/₃x - 6
