Assuming you mean't 5/6r = 4 3/5,

56r=4 3/5

56r=2 3/5

(6/5)*(5/6r)=(6/5)*(23/5)

r = 138/25

Okay. So the steps I took was:

Simplifying both sides of the given equation.
Then multiplify both sides by 6/5
Then I got my original solution.
