Justinian was one of the famous emperors in Byzantine. He created a set of laws called the Justinian code, it was the law throughout the empire. His rule marked an economical and military blooming of Byzantine Empire, he achieves the reconquering of the city of Rome. He achieved lasting frames through his judicial reforms.
