It shares I ideas to strengthen each others thoughts and ideas without one another we could have accomplished what we have done today.
It affects the growth of societies because of the fact that if they get along and are respectful of each other then they will be able to go far and do amazing things together if they do not get along and fight then they will crash and not get along at all and not be able to advance.
