How do saturated fats differ from unsaturated fats ? Name two sources of each type of fat

Saturated fats are saturated with hydrogen molecules, while unsaturated ones are not. A saturated fat is solid at room temperature so and example could be lard or butter. An unsaturated fat is liquid at room temperature and you could use oil as an example, like canola oil or grease.
