The answer is:

Ayer, yo __saqué_______ 8.000 pesos.

The answer has to be in the simple past of the verb sacar because the conector of time ayer (yesterday).

The other options (yo) saco and (el) saca are in simple present. Sacaron is in past but corresponds to the pronoun ellos o ellas.
