This doctrine is called Social Darwinism. This theory was borrowed from the Evolution Theory of Charles Darwin. In this theory, strong people rule the upper part of the social chain. The people in the lower part is deemed to follow whatever they wishes to do. Class struggle is very evident in this theory.
