For the parallelograms it is shape 5.
For the rectangles it is the shapes 1 and 3
For other it is the shapes 2 and 4

Part B: 
It would have the shapes 1, 3 and 5.

Part C:
All quadrilaterals are not parallelograms because some quadrilaterals do not have any congruent sides
