i think the most appropriate response would be: 

No: schizophrenia is probably a polygenic disorder, and researchers have not pinpointed the exact gene yet.
Polygenic disorder refers to disorder that are caused by multiple factors at the same time, which could come from both genetical, environmental, and psychological factors
