Anxiety is like a fear of the mind...u think ur afraid of something but really its just ur mind playing tricks with u...like for example if u like hights...but later on u were diagnosed with anxiety...idk..u try to climb a rock wall..and all of a sudden ur afraid..but really inside ur not ..u want to climb the wall but ur brain is telling u its scary.. i hope this helps!!
