Should be simple:

Let's take this one at a time.

2x(x-3y)

You'd get:
[tex]2x^2-3xy[/tex]
for the first one.

2nd one:
5y(x-3y)
you'd get:
[tex]+5xy-3y^2[/tex]

Put them both together:
[tex]2x^2-3xy+5xy-3y^2[/tex]

Combine like terms.

Your Answer:
[tex]2x^2+2xy-3y^2[/tex]
