The ability of a leader to listen to criticism and act on those criticisms in the best way that he can can be attributed to his HUMILITY. It will take too much for a leader to listen to a criticism knowing that being a leader, he ought to know what should be done, what should not be done, and how things should be done but HUMILITY will allow him to take the criticisms positively.
