So those acrs measure half of the circle which is 180 degrees. 
Since the ratio is 1:3:5, you can do 1x+3x+5x=180
This will make 9x=180 making x=20.
Then just plus in the value for x for each one.
Example: Arc BD is 1x so it measures 20 degrees.
