The number at the end of each equation represents b, or the y-intercept. You can plot a point using that: (0,b). Then, use the slope, or m, to plot more points.

For example, for the first question, a point would be (0,-1) because b=-1 and since your slope if 4, and slope if equal to change in y/change in x, two other points would be (1,4) and (-1,-4).

You can also plug x-values into the original equation to find the corresponding y-values.

Hope that helps!
