The y intercept is very easy to find, the formula for a equation in slope intercept form is y = mx + b. In this equation, the "b" is the y- intercept. So in this case the y- intercept is -2. For the x- intercept plug in 0 for y
0 = 3x -2

2 = 3x
x = 3/2

x- intercept: 3/2
y- intercept: -2
