y=f(x-4) would be:

[tex]y=(x-4)^3[/tex]

X-intercept would be, where y=0.

So, substitute y=0 and solve for x:

[tex]\begin{gathered} 0=(x-4)^3 \\ 0=x-4 \\ x=4 \end{gathered}[/tex]

X-intercept would be (4, 0).
