The correct answer for this question is this one: "2.7×10^-30 C·m "
We have  + H -- Br - 

The percent ionic character of the HBr bond is about 13% 
Percent ionic char = 100(1 - e^(-ΔEN²/4)) 

1D = 3.33564×10^-30 C·m 
0.80D = 2.7×10^-30 C·m
