1. simplify 1/2x to x/2.

2. regroup terms.

3. subtract 1/3 from both sides

4. simplify 3/5 - 1/3 to 4/15

5. multiply both sides by 2

6. 4/15 * 2 to 8/15

7. x < 8/-15

So in conclusion the answer would be x < 8/-15.
