Answer:

You take in oxygen and it goes to your lungs. It spreads through your body, going through your bloodstream, and going to your heart. The excess oxygen turns into carbon dioxide leaves through your mouth. When it leaves, the plants take the carbon dioxide and turn it back into oxygen, and repeating this process.
