having a planner/schedule to keep track of what you need to do and when, taking breaks in intervals (ex. 1 hour of work, 10 minute break, repeat), avoid procrastination and try your best to face what you need to do head-on, save personal for later (watch tv or play games AFTER your task.s. are done)
