It’s easy trust me don’t make it hard on yourself !

First of all simplify the equation:

F(x)= 2/4(x)= 1/2(x)

Second step go ahead and replace x by 5 because it says f(5) in the question:

F(x)=(1/2)(5)= 5/2

Final answer:

F(x)= 5/2

I hope you understand my explanation and wish you all the best and good luck!!
