the answer is
g' (x) = [f(x)/x ]' = f'(x)  x - f(x)  / x2
 
g' (4) = [f(4)/4]' = f'(4)  4 - f(4)  / 4² = -5x4) +5 /16= -15/16
 so  g' (4) = -15/16
