The answer is [tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex] ÷ 2 = [tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex] ÷ [tex] \frac{2}{1} [/tex]

If [tex] \frac{a}{b} [/tex] ÷ [tex] \frac{c}{d} [/tex] = [tex] \frac{a*d}{b*c} [/tex], then:
[tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex] ÷ [tex] \frac{2}{1} [/tex] =  [tex] \frac{2*1}{3*2} [/tex]

Now, 2 can be canceled out from [tex] \frac{2*1}{3*2} [/tex] :
[tex]\frac{2*1}{3*2}= \frac{1}{3} [/tex]
