y=-1/4x - 2

gradient of perpendicular lines is got by :M1M2= -1

y =4/3x + 6 rearrange 3y = 4x + 18

gradient is 4

4M2 =-1

M2 =-1/4

then is -2

hence y = mx + c is y = -1/4 x -2
