we have

equation of line

(y-y1)=[tex] \frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} [/tex](x-x1)

(y-3)=[tex] \frac{9-3}{1+2} [/tex](x+2)

y-3=2x+4

2x-y+4+3=0

2x-y+7=0;is a required equation.
