Start by adding 15 to both sides
15 + 15 will cancel out
15 + 0 = 15
After you are left with just 5k and 15
Divided 5 on both sides of the inequality
5k/5 ( this will cancel out)
15/5 = 3
Bring down the k & inequality sign
