The distance between point A(-3,6) and another point is 10.

=> That point belongs to the circle with center A and radius 10.

=> The coordinate (x, y) of that point satisfies the equation of circle:

(x - -3)^2 + (y - 6)^2 = 10^2

or

(x + 3)^2 + (y - 6)^2 = 100
