Since you know the value of x, you can substitute/plug it into the equation to find the value of y:

y = 2x + 5      Plug in 1 into "x" since x = 1

y = 2(1) + 5

y = 7

When x = 1, y = 7 -->  (x, y) = (1, 7)       Your answer is #4
