they should forgives them because god will reward , even if they really hurted them deep down they should forgive because one day you might do something to them and they might forgive you. someone did wrongs to another human being, the act must first be redressed with the wronged person or human being who should be asked for forgiveness . Islam teaches human beings to be forgiving and if someone sincerely asks for forgiveness, the wronged person should forgive him.
