Formula for finding the area of a triangle is
A= BH/2. So plus in 12 in A for area. Plug 6 in B for base. And solve
(12)*2=(6h/2)*2
(24)/6=(6h)/6
4=h
So the height of the triangle is 4 ft

Answer:

4 feet high

Step-by-step explanation:

(B x h) x 1/2 (or divided by 2)

(12 x 2) /6 = h

12 x 2 = 24

24/6 = 4

4 feet high
