Buddhists believe in many things. They believe that life is annica which means that it is impermanent, believe that life is anatta which means it has no soul, believe that life is dukka which means life contains suffering and dissatisfaction. They follow the Buddha's teachings or Dharma. They believe that the soul goes into a different person after one dies, which is the process of reincarnation.
