Why do you get warm when you exercise

Answer: I believe it is because when you exercise your sweat glands heat up and when you exercise you sweat so the sweat would be hot too. (I’m not sure I’m correct)

When you exercise, your muscles convert stored energy into heat energy, causing your body to warm up.
