Answer C 9 and 39.

Let a the first and b the second
a=4b+3
a*b=351

==>b*(4b+3)=351
==>4b²+3b-351=0
Δ=9+4*4*351=5625=75²
==>b=(-3-75)/8 =-9.75 ==>a=4*(-9.75)+3=-36 (excluded) a>0
or b=(-3+75)/8=9 and a=4*9+3=39
