Answer:

Patrick Henry’s speech “give me liberty or give me death” emphasises on the fact that liberty is one of the important elements in life. He pleads to everyone to either give him liberty or death. He says that if there is "no liberty" and he is bound to be in the chains then it is better to die. As death is better than life without liberty. Liberty adds to essence of living the life to the fullest.
