The answer would be 11 .. to find the median u line up the numbers in order lowest to highest then mark one off each side till u get the the last remaining number

median is the number in the middle when you organize them in increasing or decreaseing order

they are already in increaseing order so
count how many numbers there are
19 numbers
the middle would be
add 1 and divide by 2
19+1=20
20/2=10
10th number
count
10 is median
