Can someone explain what this means in pseudocode, more specifically the stuff in the perenthesis?
while (*str1 && *str1 == *str2) {
str1++;
str2++;
}

I dunno

it's very interesting as *str1 and *str1 are the same thing. I don't even know what the asterisk is for. Maybe it's just part of the variable name.

But from what I understand, it's testing if str1 is equal to str2 and adding 1 to both if the condition is true.


This could be entirely wrong, but it's better than nothing I guess.
