-9(-4)  /  4 - (-2)

= -9*-4 / 4 + 2

=  36 / 5

= 6   answer

Numerator: -9(-4) = 9x4 (negative x negative = positive), equals 36

Denominator: 4-(-2) = 4+2 (number- (- number) = positive), equals 6

36/6 = 6
