Add 9 on both sides,

[tex] = > \frac{x}{5} - 9 + 9 = 12 + 9 \\ \\ \\ = > \frac{x}{5} = 21 \\ \\ \\ = > x = 21 \times 9 \\ \\ \\ = > x = 105[/tex]

[tex] <marquee>[/tex] Hence, value of x is 105
