The main foods rich in calcium are dairy products such as cheese, yoghurt and milk.

Other foods that are a good source of calcium are seeds such as poppy, chia and sesame, sardines and canned salmon, white beans, almonds, dark and leafy greens such as spinach and kale, and fortified cereals and drinks.
