So remember that when you divide with fractions, you're actually multiplying by the reciprocal of that number. In this case, 3/4's reciprocal is 4/3.


[tex] \frac{4}{1} *\frac{4}{3} =\frac{16}{3} [/tex]


16/3, or 5 1/3 is your answer.
