So you want to know how many times  [tex]4*10^6[/tex] fits inside [tex]1*10^4[/tex], if so, here's the answer:

First we see that [tex]4*10^6[/tex] is equal to 4,000,000, and [tex]1*10^4[/tex] is equal to 10,000.

Then we divide [tex] \frac{4,000,000}{10,000} [/tex], and we get 400, so.

The answer is 400.
